Join New Classics Ballet Theatre
At NCBT, our mission is to bring ballet back to life. We are committed to preserving the integrity of classical technique while opening the stage to new voices, fresh narratives, and the next generation of artists. We believe ballet should inspire, captivate, and welcome audiences of all ages.
We are looking for dancers who demonstrate technical excellence and the ability to bring characters and stories to life through movement. As part of our founding season, you will help shape the identity of the company, inspire future generations, and rekindle the magic of ballet for today’s audiences.

If you would like to be considered for a company position for future performances, please submit your dance reel through the online audition submission link below.
We accept online audition submissions on a rolling basis.
Online Submission Fee: $10.00
Contracts & Compensation
New Classics Ballet Theatre is in an exciting founding season, and dancers joining the Spring Ballet will participate as volunteer artists for a short term commitment of approximately three to four months.
As a growing nonprofit, any stipends offered this season will be based on final funds raised. While compensation is not guaranteed, NCBT is actively building donor support, and any available stipends will be shared clearly once funding is confirmed.
Dancers with NCBT serve not only as artists onstage, but also as ambassadors of the company, helping shape our culture, expand our community, and support the growth of a new classical ballet home in Southern California. We warmly encourage dancers to share our mission within their personal and professional networks and to be part of the momentum that helps the company thrive.
