NCBT’s Studio Partnership Initiative
NCBT's Studio Partnership Initiative provides pre-professional dancers with opportunities to perform in professionally produced ballet productions alongside experienced artists. The program was created for studios that may not have the resources or capacity to mount full-length ballets on their own, while still wanting their students to experience the artistic and professional standards of a large-scale production.
Through these collaborations, dancers gain valuable rehearsal and performance experience, work within a professional production environment, build their résumés, and develop relationships with artists actively working in the field. Most importantly, they experience a company culture built on respect, mentorship, and the belief that excellence and inclusivity can exist side by side.
